Some folks on social networks would have you believe that they have the solutions to solve the worlds problems. I say run for President of The united States, qualifications;

1.Be a natural born citizen of the United States
2.be at least thirty-five years old;
3.have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.

There you go! Quit whining, Do Something!

And when you do become President and are privy to information that is not released to common folks or political knuckleheads, you'll understand why certain decisions are made. Don't listen to REMF'S

Read the small print, or not! It really will not matter in the independent contractor business. You got to learn to roll with the punches, bob and weave to survive this business, if you sit back and scrutinize your contract, offer letter or other agreement that got you hired, you'll go crazy. The nature of this biz is to make money, you and the contractor who hired you. Yea, sometimes you get a shitty deal but it even's out in the long run if you accomplish what you intended to do when you signed on. I've seen many contractors lose focus of the primary goal for being on the contract, some will leave because the vacation money promised was not paid or vacation days not allowed to accumulate as promised. My outlook on that is, I take vacation when i can and pay for it out of my pocket. If the company will reimburse me at a later date, then so be it. Folks will fret on this for for months, why!!! because it was promised, i don't worry too much about this, i keep focused on my objective and mental well being and move on.

Folks are waiting in line to make anywhere from 65k-200k with or without a degree on overseas contracts. Some folks here in country well tell you they could be making this kind of salary back home, I say Bullshit!!! why are you standing next to me talking about it , instead of at home doing it ? When you take in the benefits, tax free, room & board and no fuel cost, it adds up to a good chunk of change.

Effective Fire Downrange Suregrip LLC, will be launching a Tactical gear website in the coming weeks. As a security operator on the ground in theater (Iraq) I find myself at times having difficulty finding product which suit my needs, be it a small tactical bag or a certain pocket organizer. Every operator or soldier in theater will tell you how they would improve this or that, when I had my light bulb moment for a forward grip the 1st guys to see it and test it were the soldiers and operators in the field here in Iraq. A good friend of mine a former Texas Peace Officer and I would sit around the office in Kwajalein (Google) and think of every imaginable gear we would like to have or would purchase given the opportunity was given. " cause you never know" was our motto.
